Tender description

Leeds Conservatoire (a member of the Luminate Education Group) is seeking to purchase an electronic document management system for audition and portfolio submissions by applicants. We require a system where applicants are able to create their own profile and upload any necessary electronic media files (mainly high fidelity audio and video) required for consideration of a place on their chosen degree course. A requirement of the system will be the functionality to assign submissions to different departments for review and the capability of staff to record or upload assessment outcomes. As we are an institution that attracts applications from all over the world, it is imperative that the system is compatible with all international servers and meets internationally recognized standards of accessibility for users.
