Keolis Amey Operations are seeking a partner to manage our car park portfolio on our behalf. The successful Supplier will be responsible for the day to day management which includes: •Revenue Collection •Issuing of season tickets, staff permits and taxi permits •Maintenance of Pay & Display machines, signage and General cleanliness of carparks •Parking Charge Notices •Removal of vehicles abandoned or broken down In addition, KAO has aspirations to significantly enhance the experience offered to our customers as they use our parking facilities. We have a number of obligations to create new / expanded car parks, install new technology and improve the digital experience and ‘user-friendly’ element of using our car parks. In order to satisfy these requirements, we will expect our potential partners to work with us to: • Maintain the accreditation of existing car parks • maximise the use of new technologies and innovative solutions • provide a digital capability for car park users to enhance their experience • maximise quality, service and value for money • maximise impact and sense of welcome • maximise revenue potential • minimise crime and create a safe environment • work with us to provide suitable solutions for EV charging point installation and other initiatives to maximise sustainable travel (ACTIVE Travel and Wellbeing of Future Generations Acts)
