200720 - Removals and Porterage

Tender description

The East of England Ambulance Service covers six counties, Beds, Herts, Cambs, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, and has several offices, Ambulance Stations, Workshops, Response Posts and Depots within this area. Removal and Porterage services are required from and to the various Trust locations, in order to transport a range of items, such as IT kit, items of furniture to a central location, the main secondhand furniture storage area being our Mildenhall Storage at Unit 5 Wallis Court, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DD. Removals and Porterage, including some packing and unpacking for office moves is also a requirement, but where the service includes this element, it is intended to seek quotes based on a time related charge. The intention is to create a call off order for goods and service without any guaranteed levels of spend for our Estates Management Team to use for a period of three years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months, from the acceptance of any offer. This procurement has been split into 6 lots. Lot 1 Beds, Lot 2 Cambs, Lot 3 Herts, Lot 4 Essex, Lot 5 Norfolk, Lot 6 Suffolk. Bidders can bid for one or more than one lot
