QQI seeks to appoint a web design agency to redesign the current QQI website, creating a visually engaging, easily navigated and professional online presence for the Framework Client. A key driver for this project is QQI’s Statement of Strategy, which references a number of strategic actions and indicators in the area of communications, of which the website is an integral part: • Provide comprehensive information and be recognised as an authoritative voice on high-quality education and training in provision and qualifications available in Ireland. • Information about the quality of education and its assurance is more visible and easily accessible. • We will invest further in our ICT infrastructure and internal capability as a means of further improving organisational productivity and enhancing service levels to our clients. The overarching QQI objectives for the website redesign project are: • To become an authoritative resource in the education and training landscape • To improve interaction with QQI stakeholders and improve customer satisfaction • To improve staff engagement with and ownership of the website • To build the QQI brand
