Tender description

This is a VEAT notice of the University of Central Lancashire intention to award a contract. UCLAN intends to award contracts to Ellucian to July 2021 for the purchase of Banner software, technology and related services. Ellucian provide fully integrated student administration, admissions and HE software/support. UCLAN has made substantial investment in the system in relation to infrastructure and staff skills/capabilities since it was installed in 1996. UCLAN would like to procure a further years support and maintenance for the solution. Maintenance and support for 1 year of the following Banner Software Components: • advancement; • advancement self-service; • faculty and advisor self-service; • SC Europe Graduation Management 1; • SC Europe HESA for the UK; • SC Europe ODS for the UK; • SC Europe SLC Student Loans Co for the UK; • SC Europe UCAS for the UK; • SC Europe VOCAP Vocational Placements; • student; • student self-service; • workflow.
