Property Removal Works (Moving Contractor). Easy Heat Systems Limited (EHS) are seeking to award a contract to a specialist contractor for the supply of residential property removal works to four 26-storey and two 25-storey high tower blocks in North Glasgow. Phase one decants involve several residents to be temporally relocated for up to seven days whilst structural support works are carried out within their properties. Phase two decants require residents to be temporally relocated for up to three days whilst Asbestos’s removal works, and service installation works are carried out within their properties. As this decant process may cause some temporary disturbance to residents, EHS are seeking bidders that have a high regard to customer care and understand the challenges that this may cause to residents. No drawings / floor plans have been issued, however, these are available upon request if required.
