Tender description

The primary focus of gathering 20Twenty Leading Business Growth programme is to promote and facilitate leadership development and business growth to the next generation of leaders, aspiring managers and entrepreneurs throughout Wales. The purpose of this tender is to appoint a number of partner organisations to help deliver the overall programme. Lot 1: Coaching and the Development of High Performing Teams The appointment of one provider to deliver the Coaching and the Development of High Performing Teams workshop within the ‘Leadership’ aspect of the programme. Lot 2: Theory of Leadership and Strategic Change The appointment of one provider to deliver the Theory of Leadership and Strategic Change workshop within the ‘Leadership’ theme of the programme. Lot 3: Motivation and Resilience The appointment of one provider to deliver the Motivation and Resilience workshop within the ‘Leadership’ theme of the programme. Lot 4: Mental Toughness The appointment of one provider to deliver the Mental Toughness workshop within the ‘Leadership’ theme of the programme. Lot 5: Management and Business Innovation The appointment of one provider to deliver the Management and Business Innovation workshop within the ‘Business Growth’ theme of the programme. Lot 6: Harnessing Low Carbon Opportunities The appointment of one provider to deliver the Harnessing Low Carbon Opportunities workshop within the ‘Business Growth’ theme of the programme. Lot 7: Marketing and Sales Strategies The appointment of one provider to deliver the Marketing and Sales Strategies workshop within the ‘Business Growth’ theme of the programme. Lot 8: Customer Focussed Growth Strategies The appointment of one provider to deliver the Customer Focussed Growth Strategies workshop within the ‘Managing Growth & Performance’ theme of the programme. Lot 9: Strategic Business Tools and Methodologies The appointment of one provider to deliver the Strategic Business Tools and Methodologies workshop within the ‘Managing Growth & Performance’ theme of the programme. Lot 10: Workshop Support - Workshop Facilitation & Assessment The appointment of up to four providers to undertake workshop facilitation and assessment as an element of the ‘Workshop Support’ theme of the programme. The Workshop Support lots are only available to those bidding for lots in the ‘Leadership’ theme (ie. Lots 1 to 4). The number of providers will be dictated by the number of bidders successfully appointed to the ‘Leadership’ lots. Lot 11: Workshop Support - Coaching and Mentoring The appointment of up to four providers to deliver coaching and mentoring sessions to all programme participants as part of the ‘Workshop Support’ theme of the programme. The Workshop Support lots are only available to those bidding for lots in the ‘Leadership’ theme (ie. Lots 1 to 4). The number of providers will be dictated by the number of bidders successfully appointed to the Leadership ‘lots’.
