Tender description

The Council has since 2014 developed a software solution for its children and young adults service which allows it to maintain electronic records and to provides substantial digital support to key business processes and reporting in areas such as: • school admissions and transfers; • education and attainment records; • special educational needs; • early years; • family information service; • governors administration; • psychology services; • statutory returns and electronic data exchange with inspection bodies. Renewal of a 5-year agreement for services with the incumbent supplier.
