Tender description

Supply and installation of 3no. 42.6kW Air source Heat Pumps, 6kW roof-mounted PV system, and associated builder’s works at the Milford Public Services Centre, Co. Donegal. The works associated with the air source heat pumps are to include removal of existing redundant services, LTHW Pipework, Pumps, Radiators, Underfloor Heating & Valves, Pressurisation Unit and Expansion Vessel, Domestic Water Services, Pipework and Controls. The Solar PV Panel system and all electrical works to include inverter, electric meter/monitor on to the curved roof area as set out in the accompanying specifications must comply with the SEAI code of practice V 1.2.
