Tender description

The objective of this PMC is to share with the market the North East Lincolnshire Councils (the Authority) ideas for replacing its current waste management system, to gather feedback on the ideas and to seek ideas about opportunities and innovation in the market. The Authority is exploring the option of expanding the scope of its waste management system beyond the waste service area, to include the following service areas: — waste services, — street cleaning, — grounds maintenance, — fleet, — beach safety. The Authority is sharing with the market its ideas for the draft specification in order to gather feedback on it and to seek ideas about opportunities and innovation in the market. PMC is not a call for competition. Following PMC, the Authority may conclude that procurement is not the best solution to meet a particular strategy outcome. The Authority may conclude that it would be better to do something entirely different to the intent within this PMC.
