Maintenance Service Contract for the following Orthopaedic Powered Instruments on site at Sheffield Childrens Hospital. For serial numbers see pricing schedule (Appendix 1) Level of cover Gold (see Sec 6) Commencing 24/01/2020 to run for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year period. Further details of the actual requirements are included at Section 6 of the RFQ Doc.
