Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the provision of plumbing and heating equipment and accessories. This framework is designed to allow YPO to meet the needs of all public sector organisations by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis. Lot 1 is designed for providers who can supply a vast range of plumbing materials and accessories, across the whole of the UK. To bid for this lot, you must be a plumbing materials provider with the ability to supply to the whole of the UK. Plumbing materials and accessories comprising of but not limited to: — sanitary ware – baths, cisterns, pedestals, pans, shower trays, towel rails, — pipe/tube/hoses, — pipe/tube fittings, — pipe insulation, — waste pipe and fittings, — wastes and traps, — water storage and cold water tanks, — sinks, taps, mixers, washers, plugs, — copper cylinders/tube, — water treatment, — kitchen and gas fitting, — ECO products which fall under the heading of plumbing, — sundries i.e. solder, lagging. Lot 2 is designed for providers who can supply a vast range of plumbing materials and accessories, via an ad-hoc counter collection basis, across the whole of the UK. Heating materials and accessories comprising of but not limited to: — boilers, — water heaters, — electric fires, — hot water cylinders, — central heating pumps, — motorised valves, — central heating controls, — radiator valves, — central heating treatments, — central heating filters, — oil tanks, — cold water tanks, — smart heating, — radiators (e.g. central heating, towel, column, cast iron, oil filled), — radiator valves, — radiator covers, — radiator parts and accessories, — under floor heating, — stoves and accessories. Lot 4 is designed for providers who can supply a vast range of heating materials and accessories, via an ad-hoc counter collection basis, across the whole of the UK. Ventilation materials and accessories comprising of but not limited to: — air conditioning, — fans, — extractor fans, — ducting, — air vents, — building ventilation, — dehumidifiers, — roofing ventilation. Lot 6 is designed for providers who can supply a vast range of ventilation materials and accessories, via an ad-hoc counter collection basis, across the whole of the UK. Ventilation materials and accessories comprising of but not limited to: — air conditioning, — fans, — extractor fans, — ducting, — air vents, — building ventilation, — dehumidifiers, — roofing ventilation. Lot 7 is designed for providers who can supply a vast range of solid fuel materials and accessories, across the whole of the UK. To bid for this lot, you must be a solid fuel materials provider with the ability to supply to the whole of the UK. Solid fuel materials and accessories comprising of but not limited to: — firelighters, — instant fire logs, — ceramic coals, — smoke pellets, — stove and flue pipe thermometers, — fire cement and silicone sealants. Lot 8 is designed for providers who can supply a vast range of solid fuel materials and accessories, via an ad-hoc counter collection basis, across the whole of the UK. Solid fuel materials and accessories comprising of but not limited to: — firelighters, — instant fire logs, — ceramic coals, — smoke pellets, — stove and flue pipe thermometers, — fire cement and silicone sealants.
