This soft market testing is to assess the market on the capability to provide consultancy services for the SAP upgrade project that is currently in it's infancy. The Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to implementing an upgrade from its current SAP system to SAP’s Intelligent Suite to: — better understand what solutions and services are available in the market, — explore how options could be supplied, — consider likely costs, — determine the most effective way of packaging and scoping its requirements for any future procurement opportunity, and — Ascertain route to market.
