This ITT is to provide a professional catering service provision to Hillborough Infant School in Luton, Bedfordshire. The school is looking for a partner who will genuinely care about the food it serves and the team they employ. The creation of a vibrant dining experience will underpin the success of the partnership - this will be carved out by simply using fresh foods, delivering a great service and by morally doing the right thing for all stakeholders of the school. Investment into the facilities would be considered but is deemed as a essential requirement. Additional information: Interested caterers must have experience in providing a quality food service provision to primary schools. A strong local management presence within the area along with the ability to purchase locally will be an important factor. Menus that comply to the Soil Association bronze standard would be considered as a given - with the aspiration for silver achievement as a short term goal. So a catering partner is sought who can tailor bespoke menus have the agility and adaptability to make changes in line with the school's requirements will be essential.
