Tender description

1. The Supplier's key personnel shall be appointed as Coordinator & Support for the Chair of the Gosport Transition team. 2. The Supplier will be required, but not limited to, completing the following duties as the Gosport Transition Team Coordinator & Support for the Chair of Gosport Transition Team. 2.1. Brief the Chair so that he can chair the family liaison including being secretariat for the family meetings independent of Government. 2.2. Discuss issues arising from the engagement of the Gosport families with the Chair as and when required. 2.3. Draft correspondence relating to the continuing independent role on Gosport particularly with families. 2.4. Link work with the Department of Health and Social care including through regular (initially weekly) meetings so that the respective roles work smoothly and are co-ordinated. 2.5. Coordinate work with that of the Eastern Policing Region Team (Operation Magenta) 2.6. Directly support the Departments objectives by helping to ensure effective engagement of the Gosport families and provide high quality independent advice to the Secretary of State.
