Brief Description of Requirement The overall goal of the Joint Fund is to provide a more robust conceptual and empirical basis for development and to enhance the quality and impact of social science research which contributes to the achievement of human development objectives. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
