Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the inspection and testing of portable electrical appliances. The framework will commence on 1.4.2020 for a period of 4 years and will be divided in to 2 lots (as detailed in II.2). Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 on 18.2.2020. Inspection and testing of portable electrical appliances in geographical areas through Hampshire. The areas will be: Area 1 — Basingstoke, Deane, Hart and Rushmoor. Area 2 — East Hampshire, Havant. Area 3 — Gosport and Fareham. Area 4 — New Forest and Test Valley. Area 5 — Winchester and Eastleigh. A single contractor to carry out the inspection and testing of portable electrical appliances to a contracting authority who has multiple sites across Hampshire to include but not limited to Hampshire County Council departments such as adult services, libraries, etc.
