Tender description
This is a key strategic project; part of current and future programmes of works by the GDA, on behalf of Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) at the TU Dublin City Campus, Grangegorman. The c.21 000 sm/7-storey West Quad will comprise new third-level learning and working space, as well as TU Dublin's University exam and conferring hall. The contracting authority are seeking to shortlist 4 D+B contractors to deliver the West Quad development on the Grangegorman Campus. The contracting authority is seeking to procure a main D+B works contractor (QW1) and specialist works subcontractors for mechanical, electrical and structural frame (concrete and form work).
