Tender description

The National Lottery Community Fund operates a grant management system built upon Salesforce as the underlying platform technology. This contract has an initial period of 12 months equating to Year 1 of the contract. This contract can be extended by the Fund (Buyer) for 3 period(s) of up to 12 months each. Therefore the maximum possible duration of this contract is 48 months (4 years). The maximum budget available for each year of the contract exercised is £20,000 (£24,000 including VAT). Therefore the maximum value possible for the maximum duration of 4 years is £80,000 (£96,000 including VAT) The requirement outlined in this tender is for CLOUD BACKUP SERVICES FOR SALESFORCE - specifically, a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution.
