Tender description

Between September 2019 and June 2021, S4 is hosting workshops on the University’s Singleton Campus, which will be attended by children from six schools across the Swansea area. As part of the contact teaching agreement with the schools, S4 provides free lunch/snacks for all attendees. There will be 5 half-term workshops held per academic term between September 2019 to June 2020 and September 2020 – June 2021, with 20 classes of a maximum 35 children attending, thus totaling a maximum capacity need of 3500 lunches per academic year (drinks are NOT required) The age range of the school children will be 12-13 years in Year 1 (September 2019 – June 2020), and 13-14 years in Year 2 (September 2020 – June 2021)
