NWTC Board Window Cleaning Service Contract

Tender description

NWTC Board is seeking a service provider for a 3 year Window Cleaning Contract. The National Waiting Times Centre Board (NWTCB) is one of the 22 Health Boards that form the NHS in Scotland. The Board comprises the Golden Jubilee National Hospital (GJNH), the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel (GJCH), the Golden Jubilee Innovation Centre and the Golden Jubilee Research Institute. NWTC Board is a mixed storey site (maximum height 5 storeys) comprising of the above entities. The Board is unique in that although it is an NHS facility it is home to an award winning 4 Star Hotel and Conference Centre, and there is therefore a requirement for high quality window cleaning service provision to ensure our high quality standards are maintained.
