Flagship is looking for a solution provider to design and implement a telephone payment service which allows our customers to make payments whilst Flagship remains compliant with SAQ ‘A’ for PCI compliance whilst the solution provider is fully PCI complaint in all aspects of the service contract provision. (*)please note estimated total value is for the maximum extended term of the contract (6 years). Flagship Group invites you to submit tender for the payment card industry (PCI) compliant telephone payment services. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year from implementation completion with the option to extend for 5 x 12 months, i.e. 1 November 2020 to 31 October 2021 plus extensions. Further details of the requirement are described in Part 2 of the ITT.
