Apprenticeships Commissioning Programme Wales Framework Agreement

Tender description

Bydd Llywodraeth Cymru yn dechrau ymarfer caffael ar gyfer Prentisiaethau o’r 1 Awst 2021. Cyn cyhoeddi’r tendr byddwn yn cynnal digwyddiad cysylltu â’r farchnad ar-lein am 10.00 ar 22 Gorffennaf 2020. Bydd y cyfle yn cael ei gyhoeddi o dan ddarpariaethau y drefn llai manwl, sy’n cael ei gweithredu drwy reoliadau 74 - 77 fel a ddefnyddiwyd ar gyfer gwasanaethau Atodlen 3 Rheoliadau Contractau Cyhoeddus 2015 (PCR 2015) ar gyfer caffael y Fframwaith. Welsh Government will shortly be commencing a procurement exercise for Apprenticeship delivery from 1 August 2021. Before the tender is published we will be holding an online market engagement event at 10.00 am on 22 July 2020. The opportunity will be issued under the provisions of the light touch regime, implemented through regulations 74 - 77 as applied to Schedule 3 services of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) for the procurement of the Framework. Gan ddechrau ar 1 Awst 2021, cynhelir y fframwaith Prentisiaethau am 4 mlynedd tan 31 Gorffennaf 2025 (gyda’r opsiwn o’i ymestyn i ddwy flynedd tan 31 Mawrth 2026). Bydd y digwyddiad ar-lein i gysylltu â’r farchnad yn parhau am awr a hanner. Through work-based learning the Apprenticeship Programme will deliver to individuals the skills necessary to embark on successful careers and for employers the relevant skilled people to meet the current and future needs of their businesses and the Welsh economy. Commencing on 1 August 2021 the Apprenticeship framework will run for 4 years until 31 July 2025 (with the option of an extension of up to two years until 31 March 2026). The online market engagement event will last for approximately one and a half hours. You will hear information on the tender process, policy background and how the Welsh Government intends to allocate funding (the allocation methodology can be accessed as an attachment in this PIN notice) plus a live question and answer session. The value range is anticipated to be Min GBP 400m to Max GBP 1.05 billion over the term of the agreement, further details will be included at the tender stage.
