Tender description

London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is planning the procurement of the Council’s land and property-based IT case management system for multiple regulatory services across the authority. The system is including planning, building control, environmental health, land charges, private sector housing, trading standards, licensing, local land and property gazetteer and contaminated land. The authority is currently in the process of analysing procurement route options and developing the specifications. As part of the market analysis process, interested parties may provide a demo to the authority. A contract will not be awarded based on the demo and the demo will not form part of the evaluation criteria. The demo presentation is solely for market analysis purposes. If interested, please email procurement@lbhf.gov.uk by 8 July to book a slot. The system must be able to work alongside other emerging systems that are being developed to enable applicants for planning and other services to self-serve. There is a wider project taking place with colleagues in other London Boroughs who are implementing systems which provide residents with information as to when planning permission is required and provide options of how to progress planning applications.
