Clanmil Housing Association, Abbeyfield and Wesley Housing Association and Connswater Homes Ltd wish to jointly procure a fully inclusive response maintenance contract. The procurement will be performed on a joint basis but will yield separate and individual contracts. Interested parties should make contact with procurement@clanmil.org.uk The associations wish to provide an overview of the contract and intend to facilitate briefings with interested parties to outline requirements. A contract notice will be published as a call for competition and accompanying PQQ documents will be published in due course. Clanmil Housing Association, Abbeyfield and Wesley Housing Association and Connswater Homes Ltd wish to jointly procure a fully inclusive response maintenance contract. The procurement will be performed on a joint basis but will yield separate and individual contracts Core works to include: • 24/7/365 all trades response maintenance, • disabled adaptations up to GBP 100 000 per individual order, • voids. Optional works at the discretion of the associations: — cyclical redecoration and repairs, — planned maintenance and property reinvestment, — communal mechanical and electrical. The economic operator will be required to provide the works to the housing associations 24 hours per day 365 days per year. The proposed length of contract is 7 year with break options (3 + 2 + 2). There is no guarantee as to the volume and spread of these optional works. The total estimated value of the core works is anticipated to be approximately GBP 5.5 million pa. Statistical analysis is currently under way on the scope of works involved in each lot. As such the number of lots could reduce or increase. Full details will be provided in the OJEU advert and PQQ documentation issued.
