Award of contract for a service provider to deliver a cloud-hosted enterprise-level solution, available 24/7, to centrally administer and coordinate the collection and intelligent analysis of acquired social media data pertaining to both the overall institutional brand as perceived online and data acquired through social media monitoring methods, tools, technologies and services to monitor internet traffic which may involve the use of the University’s name or brand, as well as use of words/phrases that may be related to the University’s interests. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring all levels of internet media, publishers, social sites, public social media posts and tweets, blogs and comments across the major social platforms (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Chinese social media), ungated communities such as forums, news articles, public Pins, YouTube videos/comments, internet video, internet forums, etc.
