Taff Housing Associations are seeking to appoint a suitably experience contractor to undertake the planned rendering and associated works programme, at various low-rise domestic houses and converted flats. Situated within Cardiff’s inner-city areas of; Canton, Riverside, and Fairwater. These works are to include; Hack off existing render back to substrate and prepare for new. Replace various types of external finishes such as existing fine down, pebble dash and tyrolean render a various locations. To undertake various other associated works such as repair or replace and paint fascia’s, soffits and rainwater goods as required. To repair and paint sills and surroundings which are not render. Overhaul rainwater goods.
