Bromford Housing Group are delivering one of the largest housing associations-led new homes programme throughout the Midlands and South West. Bromford Housing Group (including its current and future subsidiaries, together ‘Bromford’) is currently developing its procurement strategy to appoint a marketing agency partner(s) to provide marketing services to support the advertisement of the development schemes over the coming years. Bromford Housing Group is a leading provider of affordable housing and specialist housing support services, recognized for demonstrating industry financial strength and customer satisfaction. In a world where every penny count, Bromford works hard to provide high-quality affordable homes, achieve significant value for money, provide strong social value and launch and maintain innovative and efficient services. The merger with Merlin Housing Society Ltd and the subsequent acquisition of Severn Vale Housing to form a new Bromford has increased the number of homes Bromford own to almost 44 000 which includes 12 000 in Gloucestershire. During the next 10 years, Bromford will be aiming to grow this through an ambitious development programme that will invest GBP 1.5 billion to building 15 000 new homes across the Bromford geographical area. The Bromford Groups geographical area is predominately Central England and South West, which includes the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, South Gloucestershire, Cirencester, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. To support these plans Bromford is seeking to procure a Marketing Agency partner(s) to support successful advertisement of the development schemes and affordable homes delivered by the group. Marketing agency services including media planning and buying (predominantly digital), PR (on and offline, to include support for social media content), graphic design, video and photography, 3D CGI visualization (e.g.property housetypes, street scenes, animated fly-throughs, floor plans), detailed monitoring and evaluation reporting. It is highly desirable that the successful agency will have extensive property sector experience.
