Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

Tender description

This DPS is established to provide a facility for the commissioning of contractors to undertake construction works within the following lots: • Newbuild housing including (but not limited to) flats and houses for social and mixed tenure occupation on brownfield, greenfield and infill sites; • education construction projects; • regeneration projects; • general building work. Each lot will be sub-categorised into works-value price ranges as follows: I. up to GBP 500 000, II. over GBP 0.5 million up to GBP 5 million, III. over GBP 5 million up to GBP 15 million, IV. over GBP 15 million. For the procurement of contractors for housing newbuild works projects, the lot will be divided in to price-range categories of: I. up to GBP 500 000, II. over GBP 0.5 million up to GBP 5 million, III. over GBP 5 million up to GBP 15 million, IV. over GBP 15 million.
