The purpose of this PIN is to conduct initial pre-procurement market testing in relation to procurement of the B2B logistics requirements for TRM. The purpose of this PIN is to conduct initial pre-procurement market testing in relation to procurement of the B2B logistics requirements for TRM. It is testing principles and seeking provider input ahead of a formal market engagement event. There are three main components to our B2B logistics requirements and at this stage they are treated quite differently. 1) The collection and delivery of products to our customers in the UK and abroad. This accounts for over 80 % of the total spend. 2) The secure storage of various items and delivery to and from TRM site. 3) The movement of currency, predominantly in the UK, through cash handling specialists. At this stage we are inclined to treat this as a totally separate requirement and the value figure quoted in this document does not include this service.
