Tender description

The contracting authority proposes awarding a contract for the provision of the supply and fit of windscreen and glass for a 3-year period. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend this contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months. The supply and fit will be to vehicles in Bus Eireann's fleet in various locations throughout the Republic of Ireland. There are 2 lots under this tender competition: Lot 1: Supply only of Windscreen and Glass: it is the intention of the contracting authority to award this lot to 1 supplier. At the tender stage, applicants must submit for all items listed in this lot. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from this lot; Lot 2: Supply and Fit of Windscreen and Glass: it is the intention of the contracting authority to award this lot to 1 supplier. At the tender stage, applicants must submit for all items listed in this lot. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from this lot. Supply only of windscreens and glass.
