Framework agreements: Lot 1: Mechanical works — London Underground; Lot 2: Electrical works — London Underground; Lot 3: Premises works — London Underground; Lot 4: Mechanical, electrical and fire works — TfL sites (excluding LU); Lot 5 — Building and premises works — TfL sites (excluding LU). Framework agreements to allow the award of work packages across mechanical assets within the LU infrastructure — typically asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets. Examples include but are not limited to works associated with: • comfort cooling and temperature control • accommodation and public area ventilation • ductwork sampling and cleaning • tunnel and station ventilation • heating, hot/cold water piped Works and related assets • station public area signage illuminated and non-illuminated • gas works, systems and equipment • building Management Systems • buried works – water and gas. Framework agreements to allow the award of work packages across electrical assets within the LU infrastructure — typically asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets. Examples include but are not limited to works associated with: • low voltage power systems • UPS and OLBI systems • electrical switchgear • lighting systems (normal and emergency) • SET remedial works • lightning protection systems • earthing systems. Framework agreements to allow the award of work packages across premises assets within the LU infrastructure — typically asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets. Examples include but are not limited to works associated with: • roofing • canopies and cladding • general building and building fabric • finishes, painting and decorating, tiling and wall cladding • kitchen fitting • general plumbing • toilet and shower • ceilings • windows and glazing • balustrading, handrails and banisters • stairs • drainage • platform surfaces and finishes • safety markings • road markings • flooring works • grounds maintenance and arboriculture • nosing stones • pest control • car park and road surfaces • welfare cabins and temporary accommodation • doors • lock and key supply/installation • automated security gates and road blockers • fencing and barriers • bollards, street furniture • water seepage remediation • invert and inspection chamber covers. Framework agreements to allow the award of work packages across mechanical, electrical and fire protection assets within the TfL infrastructure (excluding London Underground infrastructure) — typically asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets. Examples include but are not limited to works associated with: • boilers, burners, calorifier and heat exchanger systems; • building management systems (including controls and associated elements); • CAD drawing updates; • CCTV surveying services (drains/ducts); • domestic hot and cold water systems; • electrical systems including associated controls and testing (including HV/LV); • emergency electrical generation plant and equipment systems (including battery and fuel systems); • emergency lighting systems; • fresh air distribution systems; • gas detection and distribution systems; • uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS); • green energy systems (including PV panels, turbines and all associated elements); • HVAC systems (and associated equipment including fire dampers). Framework agreements to allow the award of work packages across buildings and premises assets across TfL(excluding LU infrastructure). Examples include but are not limited to works associated with: — asset and fabric condition surveys — building barrier systems (including external fences, gates and bollards) — building fabric internal and external (including inspections, associated fixtures, fittings and flagpoles) — CAD drawing updates — drainage systems — external and internal repairs — staircases and fire escapes — gutters, drainage (internal and external), sewerage and rainwater systems (including manhole inspection andmaintenance) — handyperson services (reactive maintenance, building fabric and associated elements) — locksmith services (excluding furniture keys) — general building and building fabric — roofs — ceilings — canopies — stairs — finishes and wall cladding — pest control — kitchen/welfare works (excl M&E) — car park surfaces — gates.
