You are invited to participate in an online Construction sector engagement and Q&A event (via WebEx) hosted by North Lanarkshire Council in partnership with Hub South West. The event will be held on Thursday 02 July 2020 at 2pm via Webex (https://www.webex.com) Interested parties can join the event by accessing the link below: https://northlangov.webex.com/northlangov/j.php?MTID=m69c50513fc90cf75ac2f5bfe1f02b992 You are invited to participate in an online Construction sector engagement and Q&A event (via WebEx) hosted by North Lanarkshire Council in partnership with Hub South West. The session will provide a forum to discuss how we can work together to support economic recovery in our area and specifically the future opportunities and support NLC and Hub SW can offer to help the sector recover as quickly as possible following the impact of Covid-19. It will also provide an overview of some of the council’s future investment plans including its ambitious house building programme. The panel will include Robert Steenson, Executive Director of Enterprise and Communities, NLC and Michael McBrearty, CEO of Hub South West Scotland who will offer their insights and plans for the future of the sector and will be on hand to take your questions. Other panel members are Pamela Humphries, Head of Planning and Regeneration; Lorna Bowden, Planning & Place Manager; Euan Walker, Procurement Category Manager; Tony Mallaghan, Housing Development Manager and Gordon Hunter, Supply Chain Development Manager at HSW.
