IT Support Contract

Tender description

To provide a support and maintenance service for Warrender Primary School, ensuring the smooth operation of the full ICT estate. The successful provider will also be expected to support the future technology refresh of systems and / or infrastructure. The School is offering suppliers the opportunity to support and maintain all technical areas of the School's IT systems. This will include the development of new products and innovations that will advance learning within the school curriculum. The Contractor will be expected to supply high quality support and take responsibility for the School's full ICT estate including administration system, servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, teaching aids (i.e. interactive white boards) and software. It is expected that the Contractor will have the highest technical and customer service standards along with the ability and willingness to use their technical and industry contacts to work in partnership with the School.
