Installation of new pop-up Cycle Paths within Hull City Centre - Expression of Interest

Tender description

Hull City Council is currently in the process of undertaking market engagement to inform its procurement approach to the construction of the pop-up cycleway schemes for Ferensway and Spring Bank. Please note this is not a formal tender process and will not result in the letting of a contract. The Council is testing the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this particular project. It is currently anticipated that an open procurement process for this contract will be advertised during early July 2020, with a contract start date of late July 2020 / early August an anticipated contract length of approximately 6-8 weeks. The Council requires honest input in the responses provided to inform the timing of the procurement to maximise the opportunity to the market and to meet the Council’s required outputs.
