Tender description
A framework agreement which will cover cyclical electrical maintenance of non-domestic properties including Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations, The Inspection and Testing of Portable Electrical Appliances (PAT Testing), Periodic Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting. Associated Works may also be required. Lot 1: Periodic Testing and Inspection of Electrical Installations Lot 1 may be used for Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations and the associated works. Lot 2: The Inspection and Testing of Portable Electrical Appliances (“PAT Testing”) Lot 2 may be used for the Inspection and Testing of Portable Electrical Appliances (“PAT Testing”). Lot 3: Periodic Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting (“FA&EL”) Lot 3 may be used for Periodic Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting including associated works. The Lot is geographically sub lotted.
