Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to procure a window cleaning services and communal block cleaning service for the low and medium rise blocks within the WDH Estate. Our requirements are split across the following two lots. Lot 1: Internal and External Window Cleaning; Lot 2: Communal Block Cleaning. This agreement will be for the provision of window cleaning services to low and medium rise communal blocks across the Wakefield District geographical area. The requirement is to provide a high quality window cleaning service for the communal blocks, the communal window cleaning is required for the areas above the ground floor level which are not covered by the lot 2 cleaning specification. As well as the internal windows and landing areas not cleaned by lot 2. This agreement will be for the provision of cleaning services to low and medium rise communal blocks across the Wakefield District geographical area.The appointed supplier will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services, at a frequency required by WDH, liaising closely with the WDH Contracts Manager and WDH Authorised Officers.
