The Provision of ICT Service for Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust

Tender description

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, working in collaboration with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust ("the Trusts") established a Framework Agreement through the Competitive Dialogue Process and awarded the Framework Agreement to a single provider for ICT Services for use by UK public sector bodies which include NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The Trusts had a need for an ICT Services Framework Agreement to deliver a range of services through a single provider as outlined below: - ICT Services Design and Management - Transition and Migration Services - Network Infrastructure Services - Application and Data Management - End User Compute Services - Customer Support In addition to the creation of the framework Agreement the Trusts will seek to undertake individual call off contracts using the same process. The framework is intended to be available for a number of public sector entities across England. Through this procurement process the Trusts have established a Single Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of ICT Services identifying an ICT Services Provider able to provide the following*: a. An ability to deliver a core ICT service along the following Service Lines as indicated below: - ICT Services Design and Management - Network Infrastructure Services - Transition and Migration Services - Application and Data management - End User Compute Services - Customer Support & Service Management Plus b.
