The Irish Management Institute are seeking to replace the current finance system with a modern off-the-shelf FMS solution that supports the following high-level capabilities: • purchasing, • accounts payable, • bank and cash, • project costing, • accounts receivable, • workflow and transactions processing, • budgeting/forecasting, • general ledger, • KPI and management reporting/dashboards, • time reporting (optional), • fixed assets (optional), • interfaces to CRM, Sage Payroll, and the eCommerce website, • strong security, • remote access support. The ideal solution should be SaaS based and allow single-sign-on capability. It should interact closely with Microsoft technologies and products.
