Direct award for a 5-year Software Maintenance and Support for Varion Eclipse/ Ario-Ro Information Systems for Precision Truebeam Linac Systems Direct award contract for 5 years to maintain, support and ensure all upgrades are applied to Varian Truebeam as follows for the eclipse and Aria-Ro; — Periodic Maintenance Inspection (PMI). Varian will perform the full program for the Periodic Maintenance Inspections (PMI) annually, in accordance with Varianrecommendations. The PMI will be performed during Varian's standard business hours at mutually agreed upon dates and times. The quantity and frequency of the inspections will depend on the system configuration. — Mandatory Upgrades coverage Varian will perform all mandatory safety and reliability modifications for the equipment covered under this agreement during standard business hours. — Discounted labor rates The customer is entitled to discounted labor rates for any service performed that is not covered under this support agreement. — MR/SP and associated training Customer is entitled to receive all optional maintenance releases and service packs released by Varian for the Covered Equipment. Any training associated with optional maintenance releases and service packs is covered and will be provided according to Varian's Training Guidelines. — Software Upgrade and associated training Varian will provide all major software upgrade releases on the Covered Equipment by installing the most recent production version. Any training associated with the upgrade is covered and will be provided according to Varian's Training Guidelines. Whenever, possible, software upgrades will be installed remotely and performed during Varian's Standard Hours. — On-site Labor coverage (OSL) Varian will provide on-site field service support for the system covered under this agreement. Support is provided during standard business hours for issues that cannot be resolved by telephone or through remote support. — Discounted parts pricing The customer is entitled to a 10 % discount from list price for parts purchased that are not covered under this support agreement. — Custom reports upgrades/maintenance Existing ARIA RO reports created by Varian — specifically for a customer — will be upgraded to function again after a software update or upgrade performed by Varian. — Help Desk Support Technical (HDST) Varian's help desk specialists will provide technical support for the covered equipment. Support is available by telephone, through the MyVarian portal, and e-mail during Varian's Standard Hours. — Remote access For Varian software products that require remote access, Customer must have a Remote Access (SmartConnect) connection enabled. Varian will provide remote diagnostics and support during Varian's Standard Hours for service of a defect or an error that cannot be resolved by telephone or e-mail. — Unlimited Help Desk Sup.Clinical (HDSC) Varian's help desk specialists will provide clinical product support for the covered equipment. Support is available by telephone,through the MyVarian portal, and e-mail during Varian's standard Hours. — Inspiration discount The integrated system discount entitles the customer to a discount on the actual list price of the chosen SLA, if both the OIS and TPS system components are covered by the software contracts.
