Student Accommodation Nominations OJEU Ref: 2020/S 115-280658 LMU Ref: LMU2020-1332 London Metropolitan University ('LMU' or 'the University') seeks proposals for nominated student accommodation in proximity to the University, in accordance with quality service standards and provision of value for money accommodation, facilities and services. Lot No: 1 - Main Nominations Contract Main nominations contract for provision of student accommodation. Lot No: 2 - Reserve Provision (Options) Contract Optional student accommodation nominations contract for reserve and/or supplemental capacity (which may be activated at any point during the potential 5 year period of the main nominations contract at the University's option).
