Tender description

This procurement is sourcing suitable contractor for service and maintenance for all Clarion passenger lifts and communal platforms nationwide. This will consist of a planned programme of inspections and responsive repairs for passenger lifts. In total Clarion has 692 passenger lifts and 22 communal platforms. The contract is split into two lots by geographic areas. The aim is to appoint a maximum of two suppliers, each specialising in a particular geographical lot, but also with the possible scope to provide standby coverage in other areas if required. This contract will consist of a planned programme of inspections and responsive repairs for passenger lift in the North and the East of England, and North London. This lot has 363 passenger lifts and 16 communal platforms. This contract will consist of a planned programme of inspections and responsive repairs for passenger lift in the South and the West of England, and South London. This lot has 329 passenger lifts and 6 communal platforms.
