Gas Central Heating Installation & Associated Works 2019 to 2021

Tender description

Works will comprise of the design supply and installation of gas central heating systems including boiler replacement, radiator replacement, central heating pipework, upgrading of gas supply pipes, plasterwork and other associated works. It is envisaged that not all properties will require the same level of work. The extent of works within each property will therefore be decided during the marchin/survey process. Works will cover a three year period with the option of an extension to a fourth year dependand on contractor performance and the agreement of both parties.
