We are seeking suppliers' interest in the development of a new bilingual inspection system that will continue to provide the functionality of the current system but will also: . • Improve the user-experience . • Reduce external support requirements and allow Estyn to customise the system, e.g. make changes to template documents, more easily . • Be more agile and provide more flexibility to add functionality . • Reduce overall costs, e.g. licensing, hosting and maintenance . • Use technologies that can continue to be supported . • Maintain high levels of security . The size of the contract will be up to but not exceeding the EU threshold (£189,330)
