Tender description

Following the commencement of its operation 5 years ago, Gedling Borough Council is keen to review its Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule to ensure it is up to date, reflects market conditions and does not render development not viable in certain areas and zones while maximising the potential community benefits resulting from growth in the Borough. Gedling Borough Council is inviting consultants to tender for the production of its reviewed Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule and supporting evidence base through to adoption. This work will require independent, expert professional advice to take account of the unique circumstances of the Borough.
