Nest Corporation is seeking to work with an organisation that provides proxy voting research and reporting services (the Provider). The Provider will support Nest’s investment team with a number of its stewardship functions primarily around, but not limited to voting. The provider will have expert knowledge and in-depth analysis on corporate governance as well as social and environmental practices and policies of listed companies globally.
