Andium Homes – Initial Construction Industry Stimulus Packages

As part of our Covid-19 response to actively support the local Construction Industry, Andium Homes has identified a package of additional small to medium-sized housing projects to bring forward as soon as possible. These opportunities are only available to companies locally represented in Jersey. There is a requirement to undertake Initial Project Assessments (IPA’s) for eight individual projects as Stage 1, which may then be extended to progress to full Feasibility Study as Stage 2. Further RIBA Stages through to construction may follow, depending upon the outcome of the initial stages. Andium Homes is seeking to appoint consultants to support this initial Stimulus Package including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Structural Engineers. Further packages will follow, include Project Management opportunities and three major Capital Project appointments for Main Contractor delivery partners (via Development Agreements). This opportunity is available to those on Andiums’ Approved Consultants List only. If you are not currently on the Approved Consultants List, you must complete the ‘Andium Homes Approved Consultant Pre-Qualification questionnaire’, which can be found on the portal, and submit this as part of your response to these opportunities. Please follow the instructions as set out in the ITT document relevant to your practice.
