The provision of Competency, Values and Behaviour Frameworks

Tender description

The Authority require an external supplier to develop a suite of competency, values and behaviour frameworks to cover all Board and governing body roles. This forms a key response to Kark's Review of the fit and proper person test, who made several recommendations to Government of which three have been accepted by the Secretary of State for implementation, and is one of the key deliverables we set out to achieve within the Interim People Plan. The aim of these frameworks is to improve leadership culture, create a tool for both development and appraisal and raise the standard of competence of our most senior healthcare leaders.
