The changing times and current COVID-19 pandemic have brought forward some challenges for Wolverhampton City Council. With most buildings having limited access to normal resources and the workforce working from home there is an opportunity to change the normal ways of working. The Council is conducting a Soft Market Test (SMT) exercise to seek input from potential suppliers within the market to understand the types of electronic signature platforms that could be used by the Council.
