Tender description
L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio di verifiche ispettive sulle forniture di beni e servizi alle pubbliche amministrazioni, per il monitoraggio dei livelli di servizio erogati dai fornitori aggiudicatari delle convenzioni Consip SpA ex art. 26 L. 488/99 e s.m.i. e degli accordi quadro conclusi ex art. 59 del D.Lgs. 163/2006 ed ex art. 54 del D.Lgs. 50/2016, nonché – ove necessario — per la verifica del soddisfacimento dei requisiti prestazionali contenuti nelle offerte tecniche presentate dagli aggiudicatari provvisori di dette convenzioni e accordi quadro, come meglio descritto nella documentazione di gara.
